Rummikub

Come and play or learn how to play the game of Rummikub. Rummikub is a tile-based game for 2-4 players, combining elements of the card game Rummy and Mahjong.

Read 'n' Chat

Read 'n' Chat

Looking for your next great read? Read'n'Chat is a monthly book group held at Napier and Taradale Libraries. Everyone is welcome to come along, talk about favourite books and learn more about the library. The friendly library staff share titles they have enjoyed recently, and we welcome you to share your favourite books and authors too.

  • Napier Library: On the first Wednesday of each month, 10-11am
Tea with Tales

Tea with Tales

Tea with Tales are book groups which operate in partnership with the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind. The groups are run by the Friends of the Taradale Library. The Friends and volunteers read from some interesting titles that are available from the Royal New Zealand Foundation for the Blind Library.

  • Taradale Library: On the fourth Wednesday of each month, 10am -12pm
