Reading to Dogs

Reading to dogs is a fun way to help tamariki improve their literacy, self confidence and self-esteem in a non-judgemental and relaxed environment.  This enjoyable programme will not only aid to the tamariki practising their reading skills, but also develop their love of reading.  When the tamariki read to one of our furry friends, it is known that their focus and confidence around reading aloud and talking about their book soars!

Our Reading to Dogs sessions have finished for the term. Keep an eye out for our next session times.
