Become a budding poet and visit our Poetry Station at either library. Use the words provided as well as your imagination to create your own poem. Leave your poem with us to display or take it home to show off your masterpiece to friends and family.
When: Throughout the holidays
For ages 7+
Come along and paint one of the tiny canvases to be displayed in the library. Let your creativity run wild!
Please note that the canvases will be displayed in the library before they can be collected and taken home.
When: Tuesday 16 July between 10am - 1pm

For ages 5+ (children under 8 years must have parental/guardian assistance)
Why wait hundreds of years for the earth to create a geode when you can make your own these holidays. Supplies are limited.

Visit a winter wonderland with our Green Screen Adventures. Be a daredevil snowboarder, climb a sheer cliff face, or pose with a penguin. Choose your background and we’ll put it all together for you!

When: Saturday 20 July between 10.30am - 12.30pm

Warm up these holidays with a fun and engaging quiz night. From book characters to sports, there’ll be rounds for all ages! For fairness, teams are strictly a maximum of 6 with a mix of children and adults. BYO snacks.
When: Friday 19 July, 6pm - 7.45pm (doors open at 5.45pm)
